Dr Gabriel Etienne Michau joined our team in 2013 as a joint PhD student with ENS, Lyon, France. His research is on the development of Optimization methods for link dependent Origin destination matrix using Bluetooth data. He is currently working as data scientist at the GIScience Center, University of Zurich, Switzerland.

Ms Hasti Tajtehranifard has joined IBI Group Inc at Boston,USA as a transport planner.
Since 2013 Hasti is part of our research team at QUT and is currently finalising her PhD on Incident duration modelling and dystem optimal traffic re-routing. She is expected to graduate by mid 2017

Dr Le Minh Kieu appointed research scientist at Data61, CSIRO, Australia
Dr Le Minh Kieu joined my team in Dec 2011 as a PhD student. His research focuses on exploiting big transit data for solving transfer coordination problem in public transport. During his PhD he has developed analytical and technical skill of big data crunching which helps him to get a research scientist position at Data61.
Data61 is a CSIRO organisation focussing on data driven analytics and modelling to address complex engineering problems.
